ARTIST'S STATEMENT
I am an experienced Russian artist and art teacher, educated and grown-up with Russian paint tradition.
After relocating to Netherlands just few years ago I tried to understand Dutch reality and culture. Using my unique way of looking at common things, I use my art skills and experience to visualize my perception of typical Dutch commonality. And I believe that art helps us to ground in this modern and VUCA world, where VUCA is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous.
Art helps us to release stress from this fast and IT driven society. In order to help people gaining back a relaxed mindful state of mind, I teach how to paint, draw, make collages, understand rules of composition and work with different kinds of art techniques and creativity.
